You can take a break at any time, and the study units will save your progress. Or sim­ply select spe­cif­ic chap­ters.

Remote main­te­nance with 365FarmNet

Please feel free to show us direct­ly where you need help. If you have any ques­tions regard­ing 365FarmNet, a user ser­vice via remote main­te­nance is avail­able in addi­tion to our sup­port hot­line.

With the TeamView­er pro­gram, you can grant spe­cif­ic access to your desk­top screen. No fur­ther instal­la­tion is nec­es­sary for this remote main­te­nance. It is suf­fi­cient to save and run the file avail­able here for this pur­pose.

How it works:

  1. Down­load the file pro­vid­ed.
  2. Open the pro­gram and com­mu­ni­cate your ID to the 365FarmNet sup­port. Now your sup­port con­tact can help you direct­ly on your com­put­er. After the end of each ses­sion, the access data lose their valid­i­ty. Unau­tho­rised access to your com­put­er is not pos­si­ble.
