Remote maintenance with 365FarmNet
Please feel free to show us directly where you need help. If you have any questions regarding 365FarmNet, a user service via remote maintenance is available in addition to our support hotline.
With the TeamViewer program, you can grant specific access to your desktop screen. No further installation is necessary for this remote maintenance. It is sufficient to save and run the file available here for this purpose.
How it works:
- Download the file provided.
- Open the program and communicate your ID to the 365FarmNet support. Now your support contact can help you directly on your computer. After the end of each session, the access data lose their validity. Unauthorised access to your computer is not possible.
