365FarmNet is an information and work platform on which different operating processes are linked together intelligently. 365FarmNet takes its perspective from the operations in action – and so saves you time in your work.
For the first time, all the areas of operation in the agricultural production chain are linked together, including machine manufacturers, plant protection and manure product producers, breeders, feed suppliers and equipment manufacturers for livestock farming.
365FarmNet works like a modular system. With the basic component and further optional modules from our partners you can put together your operational management software according to choice and tailored to your specific needs. All the basic functionalities are included in the basic component:
Transparent key data management on finances, chronology, ownership, etc.
Semi-automated recording of measures
Fulfilment of all duties of documentation at individual field level
Automated feed accounting at field level
Field-specific analyses and yield potential
Automated database reconciliation with current PSM lists, variety lists and fertilisers
Intelligent cultivation planning supports you in your planning and decision-making
Graphic field representation that allows both manual marking as well as data imports in shape format, either from machine terminals or from the agricultural application
ISOxml link for producer-independent data exchange
Linkable and exportable calendar
Mobile availability on tablets and smartphones
With 365FarmNet you enter your core and lot data once only. All the data to fulfil your daily operational tasks are collated in 365FarmNet. This information is consistently managed and available to you as a central database. You are always in charge of your data and enjoy the benefit of active assistance in your daily decision-making process. 365FarmNet simplifies your operations management, safeguards your data handling and makes your work processes more efficient. Thanks to the modular design of 365FarmNet you can modify the software to suit your needs.
Some data e.g. on your fields can be put into 365FarmNet via shapefile format, for instance from the application for financial support for agricultural enterprises.
Data in ISO-XML format can be exported from and imported into 365FarmNet. The ISO-XML module in 365FarmNet is also designed particularly for exporting to terminals. Data from FMIS, which also support ISO-XML, can be imported into 365FarmNet. Which types of data and in what depth these can be transferred depends on the system and data quality. As a rule, master data on machines, fields, persons, farms (name) and resources (name) can be transferred.
With 365FarmNet you can quite easily transfer relevant operating data on your fields into the printed Excel form of the specified Federal State and then start on the calculations. This works both for arable land and grassland. This service is offered for Bavaria, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia, Brandenburg, Hesse and North Rhine Westphalia. For the Federal State of Lower Saxony, we offer a service, which makes it possible to generate and export files, which can be input into the ENNI nutrient portal.
From our nutrient report you can obtain at any time a graphic evaluation of the quantities currently applied of nitrogen, phosphate, potassium, magnesium, sulphur, boron and calcium.
Our finance comes from our fee-based modules. The basic version of 365FarmNet is free of charge so that all agricultural businesses can access digitalisation. Additional and specialised applications can be booked as an extra module and can be cancelled on a monthly basis. There are no plans to charge a fee for the basic version.
365FarmNet is currently in intensive discussions with well-known German companies. When selecting its service provider for its data solution, 365FarmNet remains true to the motto: “Remain in the country and keep yourself safe”.
Modern high-performance servers and certified service providers guarantee a high level of data security. 365FarmNet implements the best technical standards for data protection, which are even exceeded in part.
365FarmNet runs on all standard browsers and is not dependent on the operating system. Browser: Internet Explorer from Version 9, Firefox (most current stable version), Chrome (most current stable version), Safari from Version 6 Operating systems: Windows 7+, Mac OS X 10.7+
The 365Crop is connected to your 365FarmNet account. The 365Pocket app functions independently of the account. For example, you can enter into the 365Pocket app activities, which you want to record and subsequently export these as an Excel file.
They are partners who share the conceptual ideas of 365FarmNet and are prepared to align their structure to new concepts. Another important criterion is their importance in the market, i.e. the added value they bring for farmers and contractors.
With the 365FarmNet CLAAS Crop View module you can calculate the differences in plants on your fields and based on this, generate application maps for sowing seeds and spreading fertilisers. This gives you comprehensive support in choosing measures to optimise the different areas of your land.
For this purpose, CLAAS Crop View provides very high speed processing of satellite data from the European Space Agency (ESA), which is updated several times a week. CLAAS Crop View is intuitive to use and integrates with ease into your 365FarmNet account.
The ActiveDoc module is part of the 365Active system. To obtain full functioning of the 365Active system, please download the 365Active app and purchase one or more 365Active Boxe(s).
The 365Active system gives you an up-to-the-minute overview of the positions of the machines in use, displayed on your farm map. The 365Active system also has versatile evaluation options for field work, downtime and transport times. In addition, it gives you a rapid overview of the operational efficiency of your machines, together with machine costs for the individual crops, including in the field. The ActiveDoc module generates booking proposals for soil cultivation, sowing, mineral and organic fertilising and phytosanitary measures.
