Con­cept

365FarmNet is an infor­ma­tion and work plat­form on which dif­fer­ent oper­at­ing process­es are linked togeth­er intel­li­gent­ly. 365FarmNet takes its per­spec­tive from the oper­a­tions in action – and so saves you time in your work.

“365” refers to its avail­abil­i­ty through­out the year, “Farm­Net” to the net­work­ing of oper­a­tions through­out the whole agri­cul­tur­al pro­duc­tion process.

For the first time, all the areas of oper­a­tion in the agri­cul­tur­al pro­duc­tion chain are linked togeth­er, includ­ing machine man­u­fac­tur­ers, plant pro­tec­tion and manure prod­uct pro­duc­ers, breed­ers, feed sup­pli­ers and equip­ment man­u­fac­tur­ers for live­stock farming.

365FarmNet works like a mod­u­lar sys­tem. With the basic com­po­nent and fur­ther option­al mod­ules from our part­ners you can put togeth­er your oper­a­tional man­age­ment soft­ware accord­ing to choice and tai­lored to your spe­cif­ic needs. All the basic func­tion­al­i­ties are includ­ed in the basic component:

  • Trans­par­ent key data man­age­ment on finances, chronol­o­gy, own­er­ship, etc.
  • Semi-auto­mat­ed record­ing of measures
  • Ful­fil­ment of all duties of doc­u­men­ta­tion at indi­vid­ual field level
  • Auto­mat­ed feed account­ing at field level
  • Field-spe­cif­ic analy­ses and yield potential
  • Auto­mat­ed data­base rec­on­cil­i­a­tion with cur­rent PSM lists, vari­ety lists and fertilisers
  • Intel­li­gent cul­ti­va­tion plan­ning sup­ports you in your plan­ning and decision-making
  • Graph­ic field rep­re­sen­ta­tion that allows both man­u­al mark­ing as well as data imports in shape for­mat, either from machine ter­mi­nals or from the agri­cul­tur­al application

With 365FarmNet you enter your core and lot data once only. All the data to ful­fil your dai­ly oper­a­tional tasks are col­lat­ed in 365FarmNet. This infor­ma­tion is con­sis­tent­ly man­aged and avail­able to you as a cen­tral data­base. You are always in charge of your data and enjoy the ben­e­fit of active assis­tance in your dai­ly deci­sion-mak­ing process. 365FarmNet sim­pli­fies your oper­a­tions man­age­ment, safe­guards your data han­dling and makes your work process­es more effi­cient. Thanks to the mod­u­lar design of 365FarmNet you can mod­i­fy the soft­ware to suit your needs.

The free basic ver­sion can be used every­where in the world. The pay­ing mod­ule sys­tem has coun­try-spe­cif­ic variations.

Some data e.g. on your fields can be put into 365FarmNet via shape­file for­mat, for instance from the appli­ca­tion for finan­cial sup­port for agri­cul­tur­al enterprises.

Data in ISO-XML for­mat can be export­ed from and import­ed into 365FarmNet. The ISO-XML mod­ule in 365FarmNet is also designed par­tic­u­lar­ly for export­ing to ter­mi­nals. Data from FMIS, which also sup­port ISO-XML, can be import­ed into 365FarmNet. Which types of data and in what depth these can be trans­ferred depends on the sys­tem and data qual­i­ty. As a rule, mas­ter data on machines, fields, per­sons, farms (name) and resources (name) can be transferred.

With 365FarmNet you can quite eas­i­ly trans­fer rel­e­vant oper­at­ing data on your fields into the print­ed Excel form of the spec­i­fied Fed­er­al State and then start on the cal­cu­la­tions. This works both for arable land and grass­land. This ser­vice is offered for Bavaria, Sax­ony, Sax­ony-Anhalt, Thuringia, Bran­den­burg, Hesse and North Rhine West­phalia. For the Fed­er­al State of Low­er Sax­ony, we offer a ser­vice, which makes it pos­si­ble to gen­er­ate and export files, which can be input into the ENNI nutri­ent portal.

From our nutri­ent report you can obtain at any time a graph­ic eval­u­a­tion of the quan­ti­ties cur­rent­ly applied of nitro­gen, phos­phate, potas­si­um, mag­ne­sium, sul­phur, boron and calcium.

Cur­rent­ly data can be import­ed from shape­files and ISO-XML files.

Costs

One-off costs, such as for set­ting up or pro­cess­ing are not incurred.

The 365FarmNet is per­ma­nent­ly free of charge.

No, you can use each part­ner appli­ca­tion as a stand-alone tool. In addi­tion, it is always pos­si­ble to mod­i­fy the components.

In order to be able to work with 365FarmNet you must agree to our terms of use (TOU) and acknowl­edge the data pro­tec­tion information.

There is no min­i­mum term. Com­po­nents that incur a fee can be ter­mi­nat­ed on a month­ly basis.

Our finance comes from our fee-based mod­ules. The basic ver­sion of 365FarmNet is free of charge so that all agri­cul­tur­al busi­ness­es can access dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion. Addi­tion­al and spe­cialised appli­ca­tions can be booked as an extra mod­ule and can be can­celled on a month­ly basis. There are no plans to charge a fee for the basic version.

The basic func­tions, such as record­ing in the account, our apps and some mod­ules are avail­able free of charge.

If you want to use pay­ing mod­ules, the price is easy to cal­cu­late. The costs vary accord­ing to the num­ber of hectares on your farm.

365FarmNet believes that the doc­u­men­ta­tion required by law should not cost mon­ey and this is why we obtain our finance from our pay­ing modules.

Data secu­ri­ty

Yes, you can access 365FarmNet in the office an on all stan­dard mobile devices.

You gov­ern the access rights to your data your­self. Only you decide who has access rights.

365FarmNet is cur­rent­ly in inten­sive dis­cus­sions with well-known Ger­man com­pa­nies. When select­ing its ser­vice provider for its data solu­tion, 365FarmNet remains true to the mot­to: “Remain in the coun­try and keep your­self safe”.

Mod­ern high-per­for­mance servers and cer­ti­fied ser­vice providers guar­an­tee a high lev­el of data secu­ri­ty. 365FarmNet imple­ments the best tech­ni­cal stan­dards for data pro­tec­tion, which are even exceed­ed in part.

Your user data are stored exclu­sive­ly on ISO cer­ti­fied servers in Germany.

The data belong to you personally.

No. A good con­nec­tion is rec­om­mend­ed if you fre­quent­ly use data-inten­sive appli­ca­tions with satel­lite pic­tures or high-res­o­lu­tion graph­ics, however.

Since 365FarmNet encom­pass­es the whole of your oper­a­tions, oth­er man­age­ment solu­tions will no longer be nec­es­sary in the future.

Cer­tain data can be import­ed via an ISO XML interface.

The 365Crop app stores the record­ed data and updates these as soon as an Inter­net con­nec­tion is available.

Mod­ules

With the 365FarmNet Crop View mod­ule you can cal­cu­late the dif­fer­ences in plants on your fields and based on this, gen­er­ate appli­ca­tion maps for sow­ing seeds and spread­ing fer­tilis­ers. This gives you com­pre­hen­sive sup­port in choos­ing mea­sures to opti­mise the dif­fer­ent areas of your land.

For this pur­pose, Crop View pro­vides very high speed pro­cess­ing of satel­lite data from the Euro­pean Space Agency (ESA), which is updat­ed sev­er­al times a week. Crop View is intu­itive to use and inte­grates with ease into your 365FarmNet account.

The Active­Doc mod­ule is part of the 365Active sys­tem. To obtain full func­tion­ing of the 365Active sys­tem, please down­load the 365Active app and pur­chase one or more 365Active Boxe(s).

The 365Active sys­tem gives you an up-to-the-minute overview of the posi­tions of the machines in use, dis­played on your farm map. The 365Active sys­tem also has ver­sa­tile eval­u­a­tion options for field work, down­time and trans­port times. In addi­tion, it gives you a rapid overview of the oper­a­tional effi­cien­cy of your machines, togeth­er with machine costs for the indi­vid­ual crops, includ­ing in the field. The Active­Doc mod­ule gen­er­ates book­ing pro­pos­als for soil cul­ti­va­tion, sow­ing, min­er­al and organ­ic fer­til­is­ing and phy­tosan­i­tary measures.
