Field catalogue.
Easily reduce the amount of time you spend on documentation for statutory requirements such as EU cross-compliance and national fertiliser regulations, for free.
Document all your essential operations using the free field catalogue
In addition to fulfilling legal requirements to document operational processes and materials used in crop production, the data captured can be used to determine the productivity of a particular land parcel. Data can be compared year-on-year or against other land parcels. The field catalogue also enables each agricultural work process from tillage through to harvest to be captured and documented; some of which is automated.
Use the digital field catalogue to document your farm work while out on the field, and afterwards create the relevant documentation as evidence to fulfil cross-compliance requirements. This enables you to increase the safety and security of your data completely independently of any home computer issues or stacks of paper.
Field catalogue creation using the basic version
Even with our basic version, you have the ability to comply with basic cross-compliance documentation obligations and some elements of the German Fertiliser Application Ordinance. Document each agricultural work process you carry out on your land, from tillage through to harvest.
Cross-compliance evidence
Using plant protection cross-compliance evidence, each application of plant protection product on a particular land parcel can be documented per crop year in accordance with cross-compliance requirements.
Nutrient reporting
The nutrient report can be used to create an overview as evidence of the nutrients spread to date on a farm, crop or land parcel level as part of the German Fertiliser Application Ordinance requirement to report actual quantities of fertiliser distributed.
Enhance your field catalogue with additional components
Crop and seed planning
The crop and seed planning additional component provides a quick overview of each field as well as simple crop planning with different crops and seed varieties grown per crop year. Once a seed catalogue has been stored, the seed planning tool can be used to calculate seed requirements automatically.
The crop and seed planning additional component also has an integrated greening check for greening measures as part of crop-compliance regulations.
ActiveDoc
The ActiveDoc additional component enables each work process – from tillage and seed drilling to fertilisation, crop protection and harvesting – to be documented and analysed automatically, regardless of the cultivated crop. ActiveDoc is part of the 365Active system and can be used in conjunction with the 365Active boxes and 365Active app. In preparation for cross-compliance checks, a spreading task can be documented automatically while organic fertiliser spreading is taking place, for example.
Edit your field catalogue while out on the field
365Crop App
The 365Crop app enables each crop cultivation activity to be documented in accordance with cross-compliance while on the go, and incorporate various team members. The clearly laid out field map can be used to map out each work process both online and offline.
Create field maps and capture work processes using 365FarmNet
Document all your work processes in accordance with cross-compliance and fulfil your reporting obligations with the free field catalogue from 365FarmNet. With just one programme, you can capture each work process on your farm, from tillage through to harvest. The mobile apps enable you to begin your documentation while at work on the fields, even offline.
